Refund and Returns Policy

At Tech Aqua Systems, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every product and service we provide meets high standards of quality and performance. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused, and undamaged products.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items purchased under custom orders or bundled deals.

  • Products delivered as part of a free home demo or trial, unless agreed in writing.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone about the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original method of payment.

  • Refunds exclude shipping, installation, and service charges unless the product is faulty or wrongly delivered.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped or installed.

  • A full refund will be issued for timely cancellations.

  • Orders canceled after shipment or installation will be treated as returns (see Section 1).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for inspection and, if validated, offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return.

6. Returns Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning non-defective items.

  • For defective or wrongly delivered products, we will arrange pickup at no cost to you.

7. Services Refund Policy

  • Installation, servicing, and AMC fees are non-refundable once service has been initiated or completed.

  • If you cancel a prepaid service before it starts, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
